Prayers…really work!
Update: I’m so very pleased to inform you all, that Marian successfully fought off the infection and is once again in her normal room, awaiting chemotherapy. She has asked the doctors if she can use her laptop for short periods, so she may turn up at the rooftop again soon. Be on the lookout and give her a warm welcome if she does. Her sister wants to thank all of you for your prayers, she believes that they all helped Marian get through this complication.
I was going to simply update the previous post about this, but I felt that it needed to be on the first page.
As you know, one of our members Marian recently underwent surgery for cancer. The doctors were able to remove all of the tumours and it was hoped that she could return home after her first chemotherapy session.
But earlier today, Marian was admitted to the ICU after she developed what the doctors believe is an infection. At this stage, the prognosis is not good and there is a chance that she may not survive.
So I am asking you from the bottom of my heart to pray as hard as you can for her to pull through this. I will update you on her condition as soon as I know more, but in the meantime, please keep her in your thoughts and hearts.

Omg! That’s unbelievable. Marian, be strong and keep fighting like I know you can do babe. You are still in my thoughts and prayers until the doctors give you the all clear.Like Lynn said, I am channeling some good vibes your way.

Oh my God (every comment starts with that but that was the first thought in my mind).
It’s so hard to understand why awful things like cancer happen to good people… But I try really hard to believe that there’s a reason for everything. I hope that you, Marian, will come out of this stronger than ever and ready to face the world and all the things that come your way with new courage. And I believe that you will.
You’re in my thoughts and prayers too. With this many people praying for you, I’m sure everything will go well! Can’t wait to hear from you… We’re all rooting for you here!

Come on girl you need to fight..kick that infections butt..come on I know you can. Just Do it!!! Think of Zac wearing his favorite shirt and how cute he is!!! Never give up..give it all you got. Use Zac and Vanessa as you inspiration. Look at all they have been through this year and they are still going strong. Please take their positive energy and get better. We need you to make us laugh!!
You will be in my prayers and thoughts and have all the support you need from all the ZA’s. We are all challenging positive energy your way!!

I pray what blessings I’ve been given in my life pass to you, that you are spared-that the Lord have mercy, and that you live Marian. Through the pain and despair you might be feeling, please find the light that is still in you and fight.
There’s still more for you to behold on this earth- more friends for you to make,for you to get married, have children, watch your children grow old… You deserve to see that beauty with your own eyes, and you will.
