Thanks to an inside source, we’re hearing word that Vanessa might be in attendance tonight at the annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party.  Stay tuned for more info and/or photos, as the event starts later this evening! The Sucker Punch hottie is set to co-host the Neutrogena Fresh Face event alongside Heroes star Hayden Panettiere tomorrow (September 26).

*Update: No Vanessa at the event, maybe next year! Expect to see the actress tomorrow at the Neutrogena Fresh Face event.
