Beastly Official New Release Date
Its official! After lots of rumors over the last few weeks, the Beastly Facebook page today posted the following message:
Beastly’s new date is MARCH 18, 2011! Thank you for all your patience Beastly fans. The studio is so proud of the work that the filmmakers, Vanessa and Alex have done and of the fan support and look forward to showing you the movie! Until then, we will continue to bring you, our fans, all the latest news and exclusives on the film.

This is bull sh*t… sorry for the swearing but i am pissed … why push it back that far … now it is being released a week before sucker punch… I was so looking forward to seeing it THIS year not next year… We should petition to CBS films that they shouldn’t push it back that far.. who is with me…

That is the ultimate in lame technology. Why would they choose to release two of V’s latest movies practically at the same time? That is gonna suck for her exposure-wise. That means that she’ll be out of the movie spotlight for almost a year. Day-ummm.
