A huge fan of Planet Blue (she wore a dress by the label to the recent premiere of Legend of the Guardians) Vanessa attended the Pray for Mother Nature launch party.  She spent time with label designer Chip Foster, who helped Vanessa pick out a pair of jeans from his new line.  Proceeds from each purchase will help benefit Heal The Bay.

Vanessa also spent time with BFF Ashley Tisdale this weekend at her belated 25th birthday party at Wet Republic inVegas. Ashley tweeted,

“Everyone is here! The party has officially begun! Yay!! Haven’t seen my vanessa in so long .”

Always one to help those in need, Vanessa and BFF Brittany Snow made a young girl’s wish come true last month. According to the site:

Actress Vanessa Hudgens flew to Las Vegas on behalf of the Nevada Make-a-Wish Foundation Thursday to fulfill a “rush” wish for a terminally ill child. Hudgens, who starred in “High School Musical,” and her friend, actress Brittany Snow, went to Sunrise Hospital to meet with 9-year-old Lexi D. of Las Vegas who was hospitalized and suffering from a rare brain abnormality.

Vanessa showed off her SU2C shirt as she posed on the carpet for last night’s (September 10th) Stand Up To Cancer telethon. Vanessa was on hand at the Sony Pictures Studios as part of the celebrity phonebank taking donations from the public. Vanessa is scheduled to appear on the Stand Up To Cancer Telethon TONIGHT (10th September). The show is a one hour, commercial free telecast and will be aired at 8pm ET/PT on ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox and many other networks simultaneously!

Vanessa hit the beach yesterday (19th July) in the aid of Neutrogena’s Wave for Change with GlobalGiving. In a Missoni dress, V was joined by her fellow Neutrogena spokeswoman Hayden Panettiere to kick start the new venture. According to the Official Facebook, “For each Wave Sonic or Pink Grapefruit Oil-Free Acne Wash you buy, $1 will be donated to GlobalGiving (up to $200,000)”. You can also take the ‘Wave For Change’ quiz on the Facebook Fan Page to help decide which causes recieve the money.

Comedian Kevin James will host a special charity day of fun for the Make-A-Wish Foundation on Sunday, March 14, and he has enlisted the help of a whole bunch of his celebrity friends.

The event will take place at the Santa Monica Pier for Make-A-Wish children and their families from Los Angeles and surrounding cities. The Santa Monica Pier will be closed down for the event as celebrity friends of Kevin and his wife come out to meet the children, and host rides and booths at the Pier…

Stars slated to attend include Mischa Barton, Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon, Sophia Bush, Rosario Dawson, Vanessa Hudgens, Ali Landry, Juliette Lewis, Christian Slater and many more. ..

The event takes place from 11am-2pm.
