The first stop in Vanessa’s New York Fashion Week tour was the ‘Fatigues To Fabulous‘ Campaign Launch Show. The event is held in honor of America’s female veterans and to launch several commemorative pieces for the charity:

Today the Fashion Industry is using its collective power to help the nearly 2 million women veterans in America. F2F’s mission is to initiate a national dialogue on the issues affecting military women as well as raise funds to support research and services.

Rocking a Blu Moon Militant Jacket, fun white sweater dress and Theodora & Callum Pendant Necklace, Vanessa posed outside the event before heading into the red carpet of the charity event. Check out photos in the VanessaH Gallery!

UPDATE: Later in the evening, Vanessa hosted the Popchips Playland Event for Fashion’s Night Out. At the party, she posed for the cameras infront of the Popchips stand, hung out on the Popchips beanbags and also spent some time at the DJ booth mixing it up!

During a weekend in The Hamptons, Vanessa spent the evening at a dinner hosted by Linton Hopkins in New York on Sunday (September 4th). V looked stunning in a blue floor length gown, Gucci Crossbody bag and lots of jewelry!

As previously announced, Vanessa attended the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards last night (Sunday) at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, CA. Dressed in a Candies floorlength silver dress and elegant matching clutch and standout necklace, Vanessa didn’t pose on the black carpet but instead made her way straight inside for interviews.

Later in the evening, Vanessa hosted the Candies VMA After-Party at the Colony Nightclub. She posed on the carpet in her bold pink themed make-up before making her way inside for hosting duties. Other celebs in attendance included Ashley Tisdale, Seth Rogan and The Beach Girl5.

Candies MTV VMA After Party

According to Just Jared, Vanessa will be hosting this year’s Hurley Walk The Walk National Championships at Huntington Beach, CA on August 2nd – 5th.

The event will take place during the US Open of Surfing and brings together four high schools to compete against at each other at producing their own fashion shows. The winners will receive a $25,000 donation to their school and the competition is described as “Think Friday Night Football meets High Fashion Runway”! We can’t wait to see the students’ outfits (and Vanessa’s of course!)!

Vanessa attended the Captain America: The First Avenger premiere at the El Capitan Theater in Los Angeles last night. Looking stunning in a Farah Kahn dress with gold embellished detail, a YSL Ovale Ring, Suzanne Felson earrings and her Giuseppe Zanotti heels, V posed on the red carpet in front of the Harley Davidson Motorbikes!

Neutrogena’s Wave For Change Campaign 2011 launched today and Vanessa and co-spokeswoman Hayden Panettiere, were on hand to help. At the event, they packed up relief kits in Los Angeles and spoke with media outlets about the campaign.

Vanessa posted on her Facebook all the details of how you get help the great cause:

We are trying to spread the word to raise even more funds for Global Giving which benefits various charities including those linked to disaster relief, education and environmental causes. Vanessa attended the launch party for MyHabit.com last night (May 18th) at Skylight West in New York City. She posed on the red carpet in a pleated Robin Brouillette strapless floor length gown and Givenchy purse alongside stars such as Brooklyn Decker and the website’s president Maria Renz.
